Central Illinois Vegan

Taco Loco has got to be hands down my favorite restaurant in Champaign county. Their frequent specials, good specials... not just the crappy dollar menu stuff, their super-fresh ingredients, and their willingness to accommodate special orders of vegans and vegetarians, I don't think it gets better than that. The management is outstanding, it's family-owned, everything tastes good, and the price is absolutely right. This restaurant is an example that I wish every other restaurant would follow.

What's in it for vegans, eh? While it is true that the vast majority of clientele are anything but vegan or vegetarian, these folks know how to take care of those of us who do not eat animals... and it's a heck of a lot more than just tacos!

Sure, I have my favorites, tacos, crunchy tacos, burritos, and baby burritos. They also have sopes and tortas. Taco Loco also has spicy salsa... I mean spicy salsa.
