Leftovers: Breakfast Gravy

Do you like leftovers? Do you like saving money? I sure do, and that's why I always save all of my leftovers. Some of my best dishes are derived from leftovers. My favorite thing by far to use for this is my breakfast gravy, which I gave you the recipe for a few days ago. I almost always have gravy leftovers, so I almost always have tasty gravy leftover derivatives.

Drinking Water

Are you drinking enough water? According to the Mayo Clinic's website, men should consume 3 liters of water per day, and women should consume 2.2 liters of water per day. Sure, that sounds like a lot of water, but were we to back off on the coffee and soft drinks, maybe it wouldn't sound so unreasonable.

Working with TVP

Have you ever wanted to work with a ground meat-like substitute that didn't cost so much money? Let me introduce you to TVP! This magical stable is not only cheap, but it's versatility and ease of use are unmatched in do-it-yourself meat substitutes. Vegaccidents

Have you ever been a vegan in a non-vegan grocery store? Chances are, you've had a vegaccident. What's a vegaccident? How do you have one? Did I just make that word up? Please note, this is different than a vegolation (yes, I just made that word up too), which is when a vegan or vegetarian knowingly and willingly consumes a product containing meat- or animal-based ingredients.

Thick Crust Pizza

I've been mastering something that has taunted me for a long time: thick-crust pizza. Now, you're probably saying "but manchicken, pizza usually has cheese on it, and vegan cheese substitutes all taste like ass!" Well, I couldn't agree more... vegan cheese substitutes do tend to taste like ass, and that's why I just don't use them. I make cheese-less pizza. Now, without all that extra fat and Calories you can do a lot more with toppings, but you can also feel guilt-free about thick-crust pizza. You probably could put cheese on this if you want, but I'm happy with just store-bought spaghetti sauce and onions.
